Modernizing Septoplasty

The only minimally invasive, cartilage-preserving septoplasty option for all cartilaginous deviations.

Modernizing Septoplasty

The only minimally invasive cartilage-preserving septoplasty treatment for all cartilaginous deviations.

Why SEPTALIGN

Septoplasty has remained largely unchanged since 1937. Until Today.

Patients are searching for a minimally invasive, patient-friendly alternative to surgical septoplasty that provides fast symptom relief, shorter post-operative downtime and doesn’t destabilize the nose.

Meet SeptAlign - the first minimally invasive, clinically proven septoplasty option that reduces downtime and recovery.

simplifying Septoplasty

Unlike traditional surgical approaches, SeptAlign does not involve removing, morselizing, or scoring the septal cartilage to correct the deviation.

SeptAlign uses a bioresorbable implant that acts like a temporary brace to straighten the septum. The implant holds the septum in its new position, allowing the cartilage to remodel over time, providing durable, long-term correction of the deviation. The implant dissolves within 6 months, leaving nothing behind but a straightened septum.

how it works

Straighten

Corrects the deviation with an easy-to-place, bioresorbable polydioxanone (PDO) implant that resorbs within 6 months.

Stabilize

Maintains an open nasal airway as the cartilage heals in its corrected position.

Preserve

Maintains the existing anatomical strength and structural integrity of the septum, without removing cartilage.

CLINICALLY PROVEN

Minimally Invasive. Clinically Effective.

The multi-center, multi-cohort Vayu Study¹ (n=75) evaluated the safety and effectiveness of the FDA-cleared SeptAlign as a stand-alone septoplasty treatment, with and without inferior turbinate reduction.

Excellent NOSE Scores

>60% reduction in NOSE Scores sustained through 12 months.

Excellent Safety Profile

No serious adverse device events and no unanticipated adverse events.

Real-World Patients

~45% of patients had a severe or extreme airway narrowing.²

PATIENT-FRIENDLY RESULTS

High Satisfaction. Minimal Impact on Daily Life.

The Vayu Study¹ results evaluating SeptAlign as a stand-alone treatment — with or without inferior turbinate reduction — showed:

Patient Recommended

97% of patients would recommend the procedure to a friend or family member.

Return to Work
